COIMBATORE, NOVEMBER 21:  
The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has been adjudged the best in the sphere of higher education in India and conferred the “Overall Excellence Award” by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).The award was given away by Nikki Randhawa Haley, Governor of South Carolina (US) in the presence of the Union Minister for HRD Smriti Irani, Greg Clark, UK’s Minister of State for Universities and Mohandas Pai, Chair, FICCI at Delhi recently. TNAU was among the 60 participating institutions, both in the private and public sector identified by the jury for the award.
